The City of Agoura Hills presents the 21st Annual Reyes Adobe Days October 3-5, 2025 at Reyes Adobe Park & Historical Site, 30400 Rainbow Crest Drive, Agoura Hills.

The event lineup includes:

Night at the Adobe (21+ event) on Friday, October 3 from 6-9pm at the Reyes Adobe, featuring artisan vendors, beer and wine, hors d’oeuvres, live music and site tours. Tickets $20 pre-sale, $25 at the door (includes 1 drink and food). www.reyesadobedays.org/blank-1

Reyes Adobe Days Festival on Saturday/Sunday, October 4-5 from 11am to 4pm will feature artisan vendors, beer and wine, children’s activities and entertainment, food trucks, live music and site tours.

Reyes Adobe Days Parade on Saturday, October 4 at 10am. The parade begins at the intersection of Reyes Adobe Road and Lake Lindero Road and ends at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site & Park. This year’s Grand Marshalls will be Phil Reeves and Deputy Darcy.

32nd Annual California Lemon Festival in Goleta September 27-28, 2025

Five07 Turkey Day Dash 5K and Zack Zernik Mile in Thousand Oaks on Thursday, November 27, 2025

Five07 presents the 2025 Turkey Day Dash on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27, 2025. Register for the 5K road race or the Zack Zernik Mile (run/walk) at Memorial Field at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, 60 West Olsen Road.

Proceeds from the event will benefit three local non-profits - Hospice of the Conejo, Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks Foundation and Ventura County Council of Boy Scouts.

The Zack Zernik Mile is named for a Conejo Valley native and lifelong “Dasher” who lost his life in January 2023 at the age of 22. Zachary “Zack” Zernik, a graduate of Thousand Oaks High School, was climbing near Mount Boney outside Newbury Park when he lost his footing and fell. 

The Zack Zernik Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to two high school students. Winners will be announced before the start of the mile. To apply, go to turkeydaydash.org/zack-zernik-scholarship.

Festivities start at 7 am. The Zack Zernik Mile begins at 8 am, followed by the 5K at 8:30 am.

8th Annual Haunted Housing Run 5K in Ventura on Sunday, October 26, 2025

The 2025 Haunted Housing Run is planned for Sunday, October 26th at San Buenaventura State Beach.

Haunted Housing Run is a Halloween-themed 5K run/walk in support of the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura (HACSB) Scholarship Program. Each year HACSB awards scholarships to current residents of affordable housing communities owned and/or managed by HACSB who are currently enrolled at a four-year college/university, community college, or vocational school.
