Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Thursday, December 4, 2025 5 to 9 p.m. at Plaza Park
Join this six-decade tradition and watch as Ventura County's tallest Christmas tree light up the sky. This year’s event will also include gourmet food trucks and a special holiday makers’ market. More info at 805-247-0197.

Oxnard Christmas Parade

Saturday, December 6, 2025, 10 a.m. to noon in Downtown Oxnard
Come enjoy colorful marching bands, equestrian units, local school groups, spirited floats at the annual Oxnard Christmas Parade!  Parade route goes from A & 9th Streets to west on 5th, to north on C Street, and ending at 2nd Street.

19th Annual Holly Trolley Tours

Dates for this year’s Holly Trolley Tours are 12/16, 12/17 and 12/18. More details TBA.

Christmas Tree Lane Drive-Through

December 14th through 26th, 2025. Nightly displays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., F & G Streets between 5th & Palm. Drive through Ventura County’s largest holiday light display in the Henry T. Oxnard National Historic District. Residents provide all holiday decorations and lighting.

Channel Islands Harbor Parade of Frights on Saturday, October 25, 2025

The 4th Annual Parade of Frights at Channel Islands Harbor is a non-competitive, Halloween-themed boat parade scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

Prior to the Parade of Frights, a variety of organizations and businesses will be offering Halloween-related events and activities starting at 3 p.m.

2025 Camarillo Christmas Parade and Santa's Village on Saturday, December 13th

Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District presents the 63rd Annual Camarillo Christmas Parade and Santa’s Village on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Bring the family to cheer on local bands, equestrian groups, floats, and Santa! The parade starts at Las Posas and Temple Ave. and ends at the Community Center. The parade begins at 10 a.m. and lasts 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Santa's Village is 10am- 2pm at the Community Center, 1605 Burnley St. There will be holiday shopping, food trucks, live music, photos with Santa, and other free activities.

Santa Paula Labor Day Parade, Monday, September 1, 2025

The Santa Paula Labor Day Parade will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 10 AM on Main Street in Santa Paula.

The parade is sponsored by the Santa Paula Labor Day Parade Committee, the Rotary Club of Santa Paula and the City of Santa Paula.

Walking groups with banners, musical groups, floats, workers riding in work-related vehicles, equestrians, and all groups representing a Labor Day theme are invited to participate. The parade starts at 7th and Main Street and ends at the gazebo at Santa Barbara and Mill.

2025 Moorpark Country Days Parade and Street Fair on Saturday, October 4th

The Moorpark Country Days Parade will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025 on Historic High Street between Moorpark Ave. and Spring Rd. in Moorpark. The parade, with the theme “Celebrating Moorpark’s Hometown Pioneers,” will begin at 10 a.m. Street fair will begin after the parade at about 11:30am or noon, until 4pm.

The Channel Islands Harbor 4th of July Family Parade is back on Friday, July 4, 2025! The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at Albacore Way, travels north up Harbor Blvd. and ends at Cabezone Circle, home to Marine Emporium Landing.

2025 City of Westlake Village 4th of July Parade and Party in the Park

The 2025 City of Westlake Village 4th of July Parade on Friday, July 4th will line up at 9:30 AM and proceed down the decorated four block route soon thereafter.

Participants are encouraged to decorate their bike, scooter, skateboard, or wagon in patriotic colors and join the City of Westlake Village for this wonderful patriotic celebration! Residents are also welcome to cheer participants on from the side of the parade route.

The event begins at the corner of Lakeview Canyon Road and Agoura Road and marches down the four-block Agoura Road route to Berniece Bennett Park.

The LA Donut Truck will be serving donuts and coffee before the parade. There will be food trucks at Berniece Bennett Park, along with inflatable jumpers, face painting, activity booths and more.

St. Patrick's Day Parade in Ventura on Saturday, March 15, 2025

Downtown Ventura presents the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10 am on Main Street, Downtown Ventura. 2025 Conejo Valley Parade Planned for Sunday, May 18, 2025

The 2025 Conejo Valley Parade is planned for Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 9am on Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Thousand Oaks. The parade will include floats, vintage cars, horses, and other participants. The parade is organized by the Rotary Club of Westlake Village Sunrise and Fargo’s Angels.

The parade will start at the corner of Duesenberg Drive and Thousand Oaks Boulevard, heading west and ending Conejo School Road. The route is approximately one mile long.
