The Child Abuse Prevention Council’s 8th Annual 5K Run/Walk and Community Fair will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at ‘olol’koy Beach Park in Oxnard (1601 S. Harbor Blvd.). 5K begins at 8 a.m. Learn more and register at www.partnership5k.org.
The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard is hosting its Rock the Collection Free Concert Series this year on designated Thursday nights, 6:30-8PM at Collection Park. The series will feature everyone’s favorite rock and pop classics performed by popular tribute bands.

The 2026 Kids Summer Movie Series will take place at the Plaza Stadium 14, 255 West Fifth Street, Oxnard and Roxy Stadium 11, 5001 Verdugo Way, Camarillo. The 7th Annual CHOWDERFEST event takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2025, from noon to 4pm at the Channel Islands Maritime Museum.
The event will feature live music from local bands, creating the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of culinary delights and community camaraderie. Guests can also explore the museum's exhibits, as admission is included with the event ticket. Chowderfest bring together an exciting lineup of restaurants ready to serve their best chowders, sides and culinary creativity!
Tickets are priced at $45 in advance (event sold out in 2025). Given the event's popularity, advance purchase is highly recommended. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased online on the museum’s website.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the Channel Islands Maritime Museum.

The 4th of July Celebration at Channel Islands Harbor offers a full day of activities, entertainment, and great food. Come and enjoy exhibits, an artists’ market, children’s rides and games and finish the day with a spectacular fireworks show at 9 p.m. Free event.

Oxnard's Heritage Square Summer Concert Series returns in 2026 for another 11 week run, from June 12th to August 21st. Concerts start at 6pm and end at 8:30pm, with a half hour break at 7pm.

The Channel Islands Harbor 4th of July Family Parade is back on Saturday, July 4, 2026! The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at Albacore Way, travels north up Harbor Blvd. and ends at Cabezone Circle, home to Marine Emporium Landing.
