Camarillo Old Town Heritage Days Fiesta takes place July 15 through 19, 2026. Free admission. There will be carnival rides, food trucks, live music, local craft vendors, live music, live art, beer and wine zone, car show (Saturday 10am-3pm) and much more. Hours are 4-10PM Wed/Thu, 4-11PM Fri, 10am-11pm Sat and 10am-8pm Sun.

Conejo Valley Days will be back in 2026 June 24 to 28 at Conejo Creek Park South (Janss Road at the 23 Freeway).
The event will feature carnival rides, midway games, live entertainment, vendors and fair food.
Admission is $10, cash only, for ages 10 and up. Ages 5 to 9 are $5. Children four and under are free. Limited parking is $5. Carnival ride tickets available online in advance or at the event. Kids 9 and under FREE on opening day, June 24th.

The 2026 Annual Malibu Chili Cook-Off is planned for Labor Day weekend, September 4-7 at 23575 Civic Center Way. Hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu.
ADVANCE TICKET SALES ONLY! TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD ONSITE. Tickets will be available at malibuchilicookoff.org. Carnival ride tickets will be sold separately.
Event hours are 4-10PM Friday, 1-10PM Saturday/Sunday and 1-8PM Monday.

The 40th Annual California Strawberry Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday, May 16-17, 2026 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds (10 W. Harbor Blvd., Ventura). Festivalgoers can indulge in strawberry treats from over 50 food and beverage booths. Strawberry-themed nachos, chocolate-dipped strawberries, strawberry kabobs, popcorn, and margaritas are just a few of the choices. The festival also features 150 artists and crafters, a Strawberryland for kids, live entertainment on three stages, carnival rides, and a "build-your-own" strawberry shortcake experience.
Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. both days. General admission is $15, active military with ID and family and seniors 62 and over, $10, youth ages 5 to 12, $8 and children 4 and under are free. Limited parking onsite ($30). Visitors are encouraged to use the free shuttle service nearby or take advantage of the Ventura Amtrak Station across the street. The Annual Santa Barbara Fair and Expo is planned for April 23-26 and May 1-3, 2026 at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, 3400 Calle Real, Santa Barbara.
The event will feature carnival rides, farm animals, fair food, great live entertainment and more. There will be over 30 rides and attractions, pony rides, petting zoo, kids' carnival, live entertainment featuring music, illusions, dancing, magic and more, expo showcase of local foods, wine and beer, arts and crafts, horticulture and fine arts displays, free samples of featured desserts, appetizers and other foods at the Fair & Expo Cooking Contest and interactive exhibits. The Foundation for Las Virgenes Schools presents "The Carnival" on Labor Day weekend, August 29th through September 1st, 2025 at Whizin Market Square, 28914 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills. The Simi Valley Days Parade & Carnival 2020 is September 10th to 13th at the Simi Valley Town Center, north of the 118 freeway between Erringer Road and First Street.

Admission will be $7 for ages 6 to 64, $5 ages 65+. Ages 5 and under are free.

The Camarillo Fiesta & Street Fair is a large community celebration in Old Town Camarillo along Ventura Boulevard planned for July 16-19, 2020. This event features carnival rides, food and crafts vendors, entertainment, car show, kids' activities, carnival rides and a beer and wine garden. We've been to this event a number of times and always enjoy the live music and carnival setting. The event is free to attend. Tickets for carnival rides for sale at the event.
