The Moorpark Country Days Parade will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 on Historic High Street between Moorpark Ave. and Spring Rd. in Moorpark. The parade, with the theme “Our Community, Our Legacy,” will begin at 10 a.m. Street fair will begin after the parade at about 11:30am or noon, until 4pm.

The Free Clinic of Simi Valley, in partnership with Simi Valley Hospital, presents the Fredrick Michael Gibson 5K/10K & Half Marathon Walk/Run for Depression Awareness and Kids’ 1K Fun Run at Rancho Simi Community Park, 1765 Royal Avenue, Simi Valley (near the tennis courts at Erringer and Royal). Event will take place on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 7 am (Half Marathon), 8:15 am (5K/10K) and 9:30 am (Kids’ Run).
Funds raised from this event will benefit the Free Clinic of Simi Valley's Counseling Programs. Every day, the Free Clinic is saving lives, improving the health of the community, and reducing health care costs for residents of Simi Valley. The Clinic does this through preventing visits to hospital emergency departments, which are costly and provide no continuity of care.

Canine Adoption and Rescue League (C.A.R.L.) will host its 26th Annual Pooch Parade at a NEW location this year on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the beautiful 'olołkoy Beach Park, 1601 S. Harbor Blvd, in Oxnard.
In addition to a fun walk, the event will feature entertainment, education, a large vendor fair, and the opportunity to meet adoptable dogs looking for a fresh start.
The non-profit C.A.R.L. has rescued thousands of dogs since 1996.

The 34th Annual Thousand Oaks Rotary Street Fair will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Moorpark Road between Hillcrest and Wilbur Road in Thousand Oaks, in between Janss Marketplace and Best Buy. Plenty of parking in the adjacent shopping centers and streets.
The Thousand Oaks Rotary Street Fair continues this great event with over 19,000 expected attendees and over 300 vendor booths.

The 47th Ventura County Greek Festival will take place June 26, 27 and 28 at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Camarillo (5575 Santa Rosa Road).
The event features live Greek music, folk dancing, food, delicious pastries and baklava, vendors, and a kids' play area.
Festival times are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

The City of Ventura 4th of July Street Fair will be back on Saturday, July 4, 2026 along Main Street from Fir Street to Ventura Avenue as well as side streets Chestnut, Oak and California.
The street fair features over 100 arts and crafts booths, live entertainment, food trucks, a car exhibit, and family-friendly activities. Open 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The event is free to the public.
The 48th Annual Children’s Pushem - Pullem Parade is at 10 a.m. Assemble at Cemetery Park at Main and Crimea Streets at 9:30 a.m. The parade proceeds down Main Street to Fir Street at 10 a.m.
