2026 Camarillo Community Band Summer Concerts in the Park on Thursdays, July 9 to July 30

The Camarillo Community Band's 2026 Summer Concert Series is planned at Constitution Park, Carmen Drive at Paseo Camarillo on July 9, 16, 23, and 30.

Performances start at 7:00pm (and end at approximately 8:30 pm). Free admission. Bring chairs, blankets and picnic dinners while enjoying the show. The band will be conducted by:

  • Bob Hackett, Music Director at Agoura High School (July 9). 

  • Zach Borquez, Oak Park High School director (July 16),

  • Tommy Militello, Agoura High School and Wright Middle School music director (July 23)

  • John McQuilkin, retired instrumental music teacher from Quartz Hill High School (July 30).

2026 Hueneme Beach Festival Planned for July 11-12

The City of Port Hueneme presents the Hueneme Beach Festival the weekend of July 11-12, 2026. Hours are 10am to 8pm both days.

Event will feature live music on two stages, great food and drinks, children’s activities, carnival rides, vendors, , and more.

2026 Rock the Collection Summer and Fall Concert Series in Oxnard in July, August, September

The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard is hosting its Rock the Collection Free Concert Series this year on designated Thursday nights, 6:30-8PM at Collection Park. The series will feature everyone’s favorite rock and pop classics performed by popular tribute bands.

2026 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular and Other Fun Events in Thousand Oaks

The 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular, coordinated by the Conejo Recreation and Park District, The City of Thousand Oaks and other local sponsors, takes place on the hill behind the Hillcrest Center of the Arts in Thousand Oaks. Fireworks start at 9 p.m., with a great view from surrounding areas!  Patriotic music simulcast by KHAY 100.7 FM.

Other 4th of July activities in Thousand Oaks include the following:

Pancake Breakfast $5.00/person at Borchard Community Center, 190 Reino Road, Newbury Park, from 8:00-11:00am, Pancakes, sausage, coffee and orange juice will be served.

Afternoon Family Games and Activities: Beginning in the afternoon, families can head to Conejo Community Center, located at 1175 Hendrix Ave. in Thousand Oaks, for a variety of classic Fourth of July activities and friendly competitions. Festivities include a Youth Home Run Derby (1:00-3:00pm), Diaper Derby Baby Races (1:00-1:20pm), Potato Sack Races (1:25-1:45pm), Three-Legged Races (1:50-2:10pm), a Water Balloon Toss (2:15-2:35pm), Tug-of-War (2:40-3:00pm), and a Hula Hoop Contest (3:05-3:25pm). Attendees can also enjoy interactive musical experiences with the New West Symphony Music Van (1:00-3:30pm).

Valley Cultural Foundation’s Free Concerts at Warner Park in Woodland Hills - June 14 to August 23, 2026

Valley Cultural Foundation’s Free Concerts at Warner Park take place on Sunday evenings from June 14 to August 23, 2026 (except the Sunday after 4th of July). All concerts start at 5:30 PM with Emerging Artists Opening Act performances. Headliners will follow shortly after and end at 8 PM.

Located at the Nora Ross Bandshell at the Lou Bredlow Pavilion at 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Woodland Hills. There is plenty of room for a late afternoon picnic with the family while being entertained by headline performers.

2026 Heritage Square Summer Concert Series on Friday Nights, June 12 to August 21

Oxnard's Heritage Square Summer Concert Series returns in 2026 for another 11 week run, from June 12th to August 21st. Concerts start at 6pm and end at 8:30pm, with a half hour break at 7pm.

2026 Conejo Recreation & Park District Summer Concerts in the Park - May through September

The 2021 concert series will NOT look like this concert a couple years ago. This year’s concert series will be socially distanced and will require advance ticket purchases.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics, then sit back and relax to the sounds of summer! The Conejo Recreation & Park District Summer Concerts in the Park is back again in 2026.

Jackets or sweaters are recommended as the weather often cools during the latter part of the event. Concert-goers are asked to leave pets at home. Concerts are FREE and open to the public. A variety of food trucks and dessert trucks will be on site.

Location: Conejo Community Park, 1175 Hendrix Avenue, Thousand Oaks
(off Gainsborough Road, at the intersection of Dover and Hendrix Avenues)

Time: All concerts begin promptly at 5:00pm and conclude at 7:00pm. Parking is offsite only; onsite parking is limited and reserved for cars with handicap placards.

2026 City of Agoura Hills Summer Concerts in the Park - June through August

The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services and the DIY Home Center present the 2026 Summer Concerts in the Park. Concerts are held at 6pm on Sundays and are free of charge. (Suggested donation $2) Food trucks will be on hand.

All concerts will be held at Chumash Park, 5550 Medea Valley Drive, Agoura Hills.
