The 53rd Annual Harvest Festival® Original Art & Craft Show is planned for September 12-14 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Family-owned and operated, the beloved tradition returns with the nation’s finest artists and crafters eager to showcase their newest creations for a one-of-kind shopping experience unlike any other.

The Festival offers a full day of fun for all ages with more than 24,000 handmade creations from hundreds of exhibitors, specialty foods, strolling performers, a KidZone, demonstrations, contests, and more. The event also gives back by supporting local charities in the community.

With such a colossal collection of artistry all under one roof, there is always something new to discover at the west coast’s largest and most prestigious indoor showcase. From jewelry, ceramics, blown glass and woodcarvings, to holiday décor, clothing, eclectic keepsakes, specialty foods, accessories, furniture, ornaments and more, each item is an expression of originality from artists who are share their passions with a personal touch.

General admission is $9. Seniors (62+) and military are $7. Youth (13-17) are $4, and it’s free to kids 12 and under. Hours are Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Parking charged by the VC Fairgrounds is $10.

21st Annual Reyes Adobe Days Festival in Agoura Hills October 3-5, 2025

The City of Agoura Hills presents the 21st Annual Reyes Adobe Days October 3-5, 2025 at Reyes Adobe Park & Historical Site, 30400 Rainbow Crest Drive, Agoura Hills.

The 28th Annual Oxnard Multicultural Festival is presented by the City of Oxnard's Community Relations Commission.

The festival is held annually on the first Saturday of October. The festival celebrates the rich cultural diversity of its residents and the city’s history. People of every culture come together to learn and discover their shared values in an atmosphere that honors all.

The Moorpark Country Days Parade will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025 on Historic High Street between Moorpark Ave. and Spring Rd. in Moorpark. The parade, with the theme “Celebrating Moorpark’s Hometown Pioneers,” will begin at 10 a.m. Street fair will begin after the parade at about 11:30am or noon, until 4pm.

39th Annual California Avocado Festival in Carpinteria, October 4-5, 2025

The 39th Annual California Avocado Festival takes place October 4 and 5, 2025. Festival hours 10am to 10pm Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday.

One of the largest free festivals in California with over 60 music acts on three stages.

The AvoEXPO TENT is home to Avocado agricultural photos, historical photos, lessons in avocado grafting, FFA restored antique tractors, and the Largest Avocado Contest.

The FOOD VENUE will have plenty of avocado dishes so come hungry, and enjoy some avocado creations!!!

Imaginarium to Debut "Atlantis" at the Camarillo Premium Outlets August 15 to October 12

Dive into a world of wonder as Imaginarium brings its newest adventure, “Atlantis,” to the Camarillo Premium Outlets starting Friday, August 15th through Sunday, October 12th. The limited-run event will also feature daily, pulse-pounding performances by John’s Adrenaline Circus, included with general admission.

44th Annual Wings Over Camarillo Airshow on August 16-17, 2025

The Camarillo Wings Association will host the 2025 Wings Over Camarillo Air Show with support from volunteers from the Southern California Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, EAA Chapter 723 and the Ventura County 99s.

The event will take place August 16 and 17, 2025 at the Camarillo Airport. Gates open at 9am. Aerial performances run from noon to approximately 4pm.

The air show includes aerobatic performances from classic warbirds from the CAF, military aircraft, experimental aircraft, and more. On the ground will be a classic car show, aircraft display models, food vendors, craft beer, STEM Pavilion, robotics exhibition, and more.

This 43rd-anniversary event will feature a unique tribute to our military veterans that includes a recreation of wartime air combat with stunning pyrotechnics of fire and controlled explosions.  Military aircraft, past and present, will be on display for an up-close and personal one-of-a-kind experience.  This year, visitors can enjoy a Flight Line Preview from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and the pilots and crew will be on hand to answer any questions and talk about the unique history of the aircraft.

Five07 Turkey Day Dash 5K and Zack Zernik Mile in Thousand Oaks on Thursday, November 27, 2025

Five07 presents the 2025 Turkey Day Dash on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27, 2025. Register for the 5K road race or the Zack Zernik Mile (run/walk) at Memorial Field at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, 60 West Olsen Road.

Proceeds from the event will benefit three local non-profits - Hospice of the Conejo, Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks Foundation and Ventura County Council of Boy Scouts.

The Zack Zernik Mile is named for a Conejo Valley native and lifelong “Dasher” who lost his life in January 2023 at the age of 22. Zachary “Zack” Zernik, a graduate of Thousand Oaks High School, was climbing near Mount Boney outside Newbury Park when he lost his footing and fell. 

The Zack Zernik Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to two high school students. Winners will be announced before the start of the mile. To apply, go to turkeydaydash.org/zack-zernik-scholarship.

Festivities start at 7 am. The Zack Zernik Mile begins at 8 am, followed by the 5K at 8:30 am.
