23rd Annual City of Westlake Village City Celebration Event on Saturday, October 11, 2025

The City of Westlake Village's 23rd Annual City Celebration will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 3pm to 8pm. Event will feature the White Oak Elementary Family Fun Fair, food trucks, craft beer, wine, family friendly activities, live performances, and more.

Purchase an unlimited ride bracelet for $40 or individual ride tickets for $5 each. One ride requires one ticket. Purchase your tickets at the event or visit the White Oak PFC website at whiteoakpfc.org/shop to purchase ahead of time. All proceeds benefit the White Oak PFC.

Local Westlake Village brewing company Fourteen Cannons will be selling craft beer and wine on the back patio to adults 21 years old and up. Fourteen Cannons has generously donated all beer and wine for this event, and all sales will support the Westlake Village Community Foundation. Join us on the back patio of the Civic Center, and enjoy live music from local pianist Mark Anthony.

Free admission. Free open parking off of Park Terrace (look for the signs). Parking is free.

Trail or Treat Event at Camarillo Grove Park on Saturday, October 18, 2025

Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District presents “Trail or Treat” at the Camarillo Grove Park Nature Center, 6968 E. Camarillo Springs Road on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10am to 1pm. Trick or treat along the Camarillo Grove Trail. “Treats” will be nature and Halloween-related - no food items will be given. City of Malibu Bu Bash Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 24, 2025

The City of Malibu Community Services Department presents the Bu Bash Halloween Carnival Spooktacular on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 3-6PM at Malibu Bluffs Park, 24250 Pacific Coast Highway. Event is for ages 2-10 and features arts and crafts, carnival games, costume cat walk, bounce houses, food trucks, trick or treat street and more. $10 per participant (kids only). 4th Annual Holidays in the Village, A European Marketplace in Thousand Oaks on Saturday, December 6, 2025

The 4th Annual Holidays in the Village, A European Marketplace, which celebrates the warmth and joy of the holiday season--all with a European flair, will take place Saturday, December 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Oaks parking lot (W. Wilbur Rd. and W. Thousand Oaks Blvd.) in Thousand Oaks.

The Rotary Club of Westlake Village presents the community an opportunity to experience a traditional European winter festival with us at Holidays in the Village, A European Marketplace. They will immerse themselves in the festive warmth of the holidays as they stroll through 60 artisan shops showcasing their wares, sample an array of authentic fresh European foods and baked goods, and enjoy a warm mug of mulled wine "Gluhwein", Kinderpunsch or specialty crafted brews.

After you’ve strolled through the marketplace, explore the Festive Garden, where you’ll enjoy local live seasonal entertainment and an array of traditional fresh European faire and baked goods. Children of all ages will be enchanted when they visit Kris Kringle’s Village! Capture a magical moment with Kris Kringle and Mrs. Kringle, festive Samantha the Holiday Stiltwalker or hop aboard the Village Train Art Trek. Try face painting and an old world Village Bear Scavenger hunt for all to enjoy. Five07 Turkey Day Dash 5K and Zack Zernik Mile in Thousand Oaks on Thursday, November 27, 2025

Five07 presents the 2025 Turkey Day Dash on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 27, 2025. Register for the 5K road race or the Zack Zernik Mile (run/walk) at Memorial Field at Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, 60 West Olsen Road.

Proceeds from the event will benefit three local non-profits - Hospice of the Conejo, Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks Foundation and Ventura County Council of Boy Scouts.

The Zack Zernik Mile is named for a Conejo Valley native and lifelong “Dasher” who lost his life in January 2023 at the age of 22. Zachary “Zack” Zernik, a graduate of Thousand Oaks High School, was climbing near Mount Boney outside Newbury Park when he lost his footing and fell. 

The Zack Zernik Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to two high school students. Winners will be announced before the start of the mile. To apply, go to turkeydaydash.org/zack-zernik-scholarship.

Festivities start at 7 am. The Zack Zernik Mile begins at 8 am, followed by the 5K at 8:30 am.

2025 Independence Day Fireworks Display in Santa Barbara on Friday, July 4th

The City of Santa Barbara is hosting its annual Independence Day fireworks display beginning at 9pm on Friday, July 4, 2025 off West Beach.

From noon to 8:50pm there will be live music at the West Beach bandstand. From 11am to 9pm, enjoy food and vendor booths on the Cabrillo Boulevard Sidewalk at West Beach.

Radio simulcast on 92.9 KjEE (92.9 FM) or watch a livestream of the fireworks show at KEYT.com. The show is about 20 minutes long.

4th of July Fireworks Spectacular Event at Janss Marketplace on Friday, July 4, 2025

The public is invited to the best FREE Conejo Valley July 4th community celebration and fireworks viewing at Janss Marketplace. The event, which begins at 5 p.m., features live music, children’s entertainment, and food booths. The patriotic holiday celebration finale fireworks at 9 p.m. are presented by the Conejo Recreation and Park District and City of Thousand Oaks.

Entry is free to the July 4th event activities and fireworks viewing area on the rooftop at Janss Marketplace, located at 275 North Moorpark Road East in Thousand Oaks. Bring folding chairs and arrive early to ensure access to the shopping center’s rooftop event area.

TWO NEW TICKET OPTIONS THIS YEAR in addition to free general admission:

  • Free Admission (as in prior years) - wristband and rooftop access at 5pm; wristband pickup at fountain area

  • $10 (plus fees) Early Bird Access - wristband access at 3pm at the fountain area, 4pm access to rooftop deck, kids four and under are free

2025 City of Camarillo 4th of July Fireworks at the Camarillo Premium Outlets

The City of Camarillo proudly presents the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show hosted at the Camarillo Premium Outlet parking lots. This FREE community event is open to the public and provides a safe and fun filled evening to enjoy the fireworks display from the comfort of your vehicle. The show is set to promptly begin at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025.

Fireworks are best viewed from the Camarillo Premium Outlet parking lots and immediate surrounding areas. Tune in live to FM radio station 95.1 KBBY to listen to the fireworks soundtrack while you watch the show.

Please note the following:

  • Plan to arrive early to park. Spaces are first-come, first-serve, and cannot be reserved.

  •  Road closures will go into effect at 8:45 p.m. with no vehicle entry access to the parking lots after that time.

  • This is a smoke-free event, and no alcohol or illegal substances is permitted under any circumstance.

  • For your safety and protection, please refrain from bringing large picnic setups.

2025 Fireworks Spectacular in Westlake Village on Friday, July 4th

The 10th Anniversary 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular hosted by the City of Westlake Village is planned for Friday, July 4, 2025.

Fireworks will be launched from the Westlake Village Golf Course at approximately 9:10pm.

Gates open at 5pm. No outside alcohol allowed - beer and wine will be available for purchase. Event also to include inflatable jumpers for the kids, putting contest, live music, various food trucks and more.

Offiste parking available at Townsgate and Lakeview Canyon Roads.
