Due to the pandemic, most events have been cancelled for the 2020 holiday season, but we’ll still highlight what is still planned!

CONEJO VALLEY DISPLAYS

Entertaining Residential display at 2768 Baywater Place in Thousand Oaks is also simulcast to music and full of entertaining light displays.

Fantastic residential display is back this year at this home on Via Grande, just south of Via Vista, in the Dos Vientos section of Newbury Park. Display is simulcast to music on 90.5 FM. Featuring music, numerous familiar cartoon characters, colorful lighting and the singing Christmas trees.

Giant Rudolph and Fun Holiday Lights on Walter Avenue in Newbury Park, south of Kimber Drive is back again this year, better than ever, with two story tall nutcracker and an amazing cast of characters.

Synchronized light display at 538 Brisbaine Avenue, Newbury Park 5PM-10PM nightly through 12/31. Very fun to watch display simulcast to music on 100.5 FM.

Quite a display at 3337 Frankie Drive in Newbury Park, including brightly lite reindeer on the room, dancing Santa on the porch, two TV screens and densely populated cast of characters on the front lawn.

Residential 50,000 light and music display on Via Patricia in Newbury Park (cross street) Via Ricardo. It is simulcast to music on 89.7 FM and is one of the most entertaining displays around town.

4903 Pathfinder Avenue in Westlake Village (Oak Park adjacent) (approximately 5:30-8:30 Fri-Sun dates through the holiday season, weather permitting. Manna canned food collection drive.)

Holiday light display set to music at Sheffield Place, south of Gainsborough, in Thousand Oaks. There are six songs, and it runs 5:30- 9 weekdays and 5:30-9:30 weekends.

There’s quite a visually appealing holiday display at a residence on Flaming Star Avenue and Shenandoah Street in Thousand Oaks (take Lynn Road to Avenida de las Flores and head west).

Outstanding high-tech light show set to music on a local FM station once again this year at a home on Doone Street (cross street Warwick) in Thousand Oaks. Several nearby homes are nicely decorated with holiday cheer too. A local must see!

Neat display at a home on Montgomery Road, just south of Janss Road in Thousand Oaks.

Annual Christmas display with lights and animals at corner of Bernadine and Wauneta in Newbury Park.

Fun display with music and brightly lit cast of cartoon characters at a home on Donald Avenue, just east of Wendy Drive, in Newbury Park.

Another display full of colorful lights on Camino Dos Rios, west of Lynn Road, on the right (north) side.

Fun cast of characters, including The Grinch and others, on Orangewood Avenue, north of Felton, in Newbury Park.

Very bright and colorful display at a home on Golden Crest at Antelope Place in Newbury Park.

Fun, colorful display at home at the corner of Hidden Creek Ave and Big Sky Drive in the Wildwood section of Thousand Oaks.

Christmas spirit on display on Verde Vista Drive in Thousand Oaks (near CLU, north of Olsen).

A perennial synchronized light display is back this year at the home at the corner of Gold Hill Circle and Sundance Street in the Wildwood section of Thousand Oaks.

NEARBY CITY DISPLAYS

Fantastic multi-family residential Holiday Light Display on Gemini, Waverly and Saturn Avenues in Camarillo. Great one to bring the kids to….LOTS of cartoon character decorations!

Huge and awesome neighborhood display in the area of Timberdale and Pinedale Roads in Moorpark (just west of Moorpark High School, off of Countrywood Drive). Dozens of homes decorated in bright lights and decorations.

Auburn Lane Community in Simi Valley has thousands of Christmas lights strung from house to house over the streets of the entire neighborhood and most every home is decorated. www.simivalleychristmashouse.com for more info.. Santa will be there 6:30-8PM Dec 5 and 12 at 2316 Summerwood Ave.

12/13-12/27: Christmas Tree Lane along F & G Streets in the Downtown Oxnard Historic District is a really great display you need to experience. Park and walk many blocks of great displays. Tons of fun with the kids! Either drive the route this year due to Covid or walk - you will be guided to walk in the direction of traffic to improve flow and reduce contact this year.

12/11-12/26 Simi Valley High School Instrumental Music synchronized light/music show at 3508 Greenville Avenue, Simi Valley. More information at simimusic.org.

Fun single home cartoon character display at the corner of Timberlane Ave and Fearing St in Simi Valley (east end, off of Yosemite) is worth a drive-by with the kids. Quite unique. Has been a holiday fixture for a number of years.

Candy Cane Lane is a group of homes located on Lubao Avenue at Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills that has been fun to drive through for over 60 years.
