City of Thousand Oaks Pop-Up Arts & Music Festival Every Friday/Saturday, June 6 to June 28

The City of Thousand Oaks brings its annual Pop-Up Arts & Music Festival to the city every Friday and Saturday starting June 6 and running through the month of June.

The festival features “pop-up” public performances at various locations throughout Thousand Oaks. The goal of the festival is to provide residents with an opportunity to actively participate in and enjoy the arts without having to come to the theatre. People are encouraged to bring their own chair/blanket, food and drink and come enjoy great entertainment on a summer evening.

The 2025 festival will feature eight free events over four weekends from June 6 - June 28. In partnership with local arts organizations, the festival will include local and regional artistic talent, in addition to nationally recognized performing artists.

The 2021 concert series will NOT look like this concert a couple years ago. This year’s concert series will be socially distanced and will require advance ticket purchases.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics, then sit back and relax to the sounds of summer! The Conejo Recreation & Park District Summer Concerts in the Park is back again in 2025.

Jackets or sweaters are recommended as the weather often cools during the latter part of the event. Concert-goers are asked to leave pets at home. Concerts are FREE and open to the public.

The Conejo Recreation & Park District’s 2025 Touch-A-Truck will be held on Saturday, June 14th, from 10:00am-2:00pm at Thousand Oaks Community Park, 2525 N. Moorpark Rd. in Thousand Oaks.

This popular event allows kids to have fun kicking the tires, honking the horns, and climbing up into the driver’s seat of their favorite trucks and construction vehicles such as a garbage truck, an Army truck, tractor, excavator, dump truck, school bus, fire engine, ambulance, bulldozer, police cruiser, SWAT vehicle, K-9 and search and rescue vehicles, motorcycles, and more.

In addition to dozens of trucks and vehicles of all shapes and sizes, there will be fun activities, including arts and crafts, a kids’ construction zone, jolly jumps, and a motorized train ride. 2025 Independence Day Fireworks Display in Santa Barbara on Friday, July 4th

The City of Santa Barbara is hosting its annual Independence Day fireworks display beginning at 9pm on Friday, July 4, 2025 off West Beach.

From noon to 8:50pm there will be live music at the West Beach bandstand. From 11am to 9pm, enjoy food and vendor booths on the Cabrillo Boulevard Sidewalk at West Beach.

2025 Fireworks Spectacular in Santa Paula on Friday, July 4th

The City of Santa Paula invites the community to a day of celebration capped by a spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular at the new Santa Paula Creek Regional Sports Park at Harvest at Limoneira. Festivities kick off in the afternoon from 4-8:30PM and include live music at the amphitheater, food trucks, face painting, lawn games, inflatable jumpers, and the City Corps Wagon Train. The fireworks show begins at 9:00 PM. Admission and parking are free.

The new location offers expanded space and more parking, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends.

This community celebration is made possible through a partnership between the City and the Santa Paula Rotary Club, which raises funds for the fireworks display. Donations are still needed to support the show and can be mailed to SP Rotary-Fireworks, P.O. Box 809, Santa Paula, CA 93061.

4th of July Fireworks Spectacular Event at Janss Marketplace on Friday, July 4, 2025

The public is invited to the best FREE Conejo Valley July 4th community celebration and fireworks viewing at Janss Marketplace. The event, which begins at 5 p.m., features live music, children’s entertainment, and food booths. The patriotic holiday celebration finale fireworks at 9 p.m. are presented by the Conejo Recreation and Park District and City of Thousand Oaks.

Entry is free to the July 4th event activities and fireworks viewing area on the rooftop at Janss Marketplace, located at 275 North Moorpark Road East in Thousand Oaks. Bring folding chairs and arrive early to ensure access to the shopping center’s rooftop event area.
