The 2025 Reign of Terror contains 142 individual rooms and 12 terrifying, interconnected attractions in over 32,000 sq ft, of floor space.

This year, Reign of Terror introduces an all-new maze section: “The Bayou.” Guests will creep through eerie swamplands and shadowy marshes, complete with fog, creatures lurking in the dark, and unsettling sounds of the deep South. Designed to immerse visitors in a nightmarish swamp setting, The Bayou promises to be one of the scariest new features yet.

Also new for 2025, Reign of Terror is debuting a Photo Op Zone, giving guests the chance to capture gruesome selfies and unforgettable group shots before or after braving the haunt. And for those who want to take the fear home, the brand-new Sinister Treasures shop will offer exclusive ROT merchandise and hauntingly themed and unique souvenirs.

Once again, this year will feature a “Lights OUT” special event for one night only, on Sunday, November 2nd. Visitors to “Lights OUT” walk through all 142 rooms in total darkness, lit only by one small glow stick per group. It is highly recommended for visitors to come to Lights OUT as their bonus, end of season extra visit, only after visiting Reign of Terror’s regular production where all lighting and special effects run as usual.
