Walk to End Alzheimer's - Ventura is slated for Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the Ventura Harbor Village Main Lawn, 1591 Spinnaker Dr Ventura.

Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

While there is no fee to register for Walk, all participants are encouraged to raise critical funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support and advance research toward methods of prevention, treatment and, ultimately, a cure.

Walk 3to9 5th Annual Walk for Breast Cancer Research in Thousand Oaks on November 20, 2022

On November 20th, Walk 3to9 is asking our walkers, crewmembers, survivors and sponsors from around the country to join us in-person OR virtually as we walk, run, hike, or bike to help end breast cancer! As a participant you'll receive a Walk 3to9 bundle, which includes a limited-edition bandana, swag bag, custom walker bib, and social media toolkit to help you share your experience with the Walk 3to9 online community. Together we’re committed to reach our fundraising goal of $50,000 because even with all of the changes happening over the last two years, one thing is certain – Walk 3to9 is ready to join the fight and make a difference.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Walk for Kids Ventura is planned for April 25, 2021, once again this year as a virtual event.

The Walk for Kids is a virtual fundraiser where YOU can walk your own way to raise funds to help families served by Ronald McDonald House Family Room at the Ventura County Medical Center. This year’s virtual walk will include activity challenges, fundraising tools, incredible incentives, and a fabulous virtual celebration on Sunday, April 25 highlighting fitness, fun, and family!

All of the proceeds from the Ventura Walk For Kids will benefit the Family Room at the Ventura County Medical Center.

2015 Ventura County Walk Like MADD 5K in Camarillo on Saturday, July 11th

WALK LIKE MADD is your chance to do something about drunk driving in our community. This year, thousands of people in over 60 cities around the nation will participate in 5k events to eliminate drunk driving from our roadways. The 2015 National Alliance on Mental Illness NAMIWalk Ventura County is planned for Saturday, May 2nd at the Ventura Beach Promenade in Ventura. This is a 5K walk that starts at 10:00 am (check in begins at 9 am).

NAMIWalks are the largest and most successful mental health awareness and fundraising event in America! Through NAMIWalks' public, active display of support for people affected by mental illness, we are changing how Americans view persons with a mental illness.
