Thousand Oaks Navigation Center, Thrive Grove Ribbon Cutting on May 7th

The Thousand Oaks Navigation Center, Thrive Grove, is set for a ceremonial ribbon cutting on May 7th, 2025. Thrive Grove will serve as a critical access point and gateway to assist individuals experiencing homelessness.

Thrive Grove features 30 beds and planned space for an additional 20 beds in a future phase. The onsite support and services offered by Hope the Mission will help individuals transition to a more permanent housing environment.

Services that will be administered at Thrive Grove will include meals, case management, laundry and hygienic facilities, computer stations, connections to behavioral health, drug and alcohol treatment programs, and workforce training.

Thrive Grove is located at 1205 Lawrence Drive in Thousand Oaks.

The City was awarded $5.8 million in grant funding to support the construction and operations of the Navigation Center.

Erewhon is Coming to The Lakes at Thousand Oaks in the Summer of 2026

KazuNori Coming to The Commons at Calabasas in Late 2025

KazuNori is coming later this year to the former home of Barney's Gourmet Hamburgers, between Starbucks and the future BLVD Steakhouse, at The Commons at Calabasas. The Purrrlandia Cat Lounge & Cafe sign is up and the doors will be opening soon. Located next to Whole Foods at 728 N. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks. The space previously home to Michael's Pizza in the Agoura Hills City Mall at 5891 Kanan Road will be occupied bb.q Chicken, a Korean fried chicken franchise, with over 3,500 locations in 57 countries, including nearby locations in Tarzana and Northridge. Their menu includes a variety of sauces available as a whole chicken, boneless, and traditional wings. WeVINO Restaurant & Wine Lounge Westlake Village to Open for Lunch Service on April 15th

WeVINO Restaurant & Wine Lounge Westlake Village opens for lunch service starting tomorrow, Tax Day, April 15th, from noon to 2pm, then continues lunch service only until the 29th, when it also opens for dinner service at 6pm. WeVINO offers a "Nouvelle Italian menu - modern, refined interpretations of Italian classics," featuring ingredients imported from Italy. "Each dish is crafted to complement a cellar of over 5,000 wines from around the world." WeVINO will also offer Enomatic machines that offer a curated selection of global wines available by the taste, sip, or glass."
