Savta Restaurant Coming Soon to The Lakes at Thousand Oaks

Savta is planned for The Lakes, next to Sora Handroll Bar, which is also coming soon.

Savta opened at The Original Farmers Market next to The Grove in Los Angeles in February 2025. The menu features wood-fired pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, brunch items, and other California and French-inspired dishes. "Savta" means "grandmother" in Hebrew, and the restaurant says it was named in honor of the owner's grandmother and her influence on the family's cooking traditions. Lastly, as mentioned last month, PopUp Bagels is also anticipated to be coming to The Lakes.
