Frankie's Breakfast Burritos has announced its grand soft opening is planned for Sunday, October 12th at 28708 Roadside Drive in Agoura Hills (across from Agoura Fitness).

No menu as of yet, but here’s some tidbits from their Instagram page:

The Piggyback Delight: Cage-free eggs soft scramble, tender confit pulled pork, golden crack tater tots, and crispy jalapeño, cozied up with melty white cheddar queso and a splash of zesty salsa verde, wrapped tight in a fire-grilled tortilla.

The Sol Verde (Green Sun): Savory vegan chorizo, golden tofu turmeric scramble, crispy cracked potatoes, creamy cashew queso, chile aioli, silky avocado, fresh cilantro & salsa (mild or spicy), wrapped tight in a fire-grilled vegan tortilla. 

The Sunrise: Cage-free soft scrambled eggs, artisanal smoked candy bacon, golden crack tater tots, velvety cheddar queso, and zesty fresh Pico de Gallo, wrapped snug in a warm, fire-grilled flour tortilla.

Tortillas are made fresh, in-house, vegan and gluten-free.

Prime Pizza is coming to the former JRA Bikes & Brew, at 215 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, across from Tarantula Hill Brewing. Prime Pizza offers New York style pizza, "made for LA" in both round and square pies. They have locations in Altadena, Burbank, El Segundo, Fairfax, Little Tokyo, Pico, West LA, and most recently, Woodland Hills. Thousand Oaks location is opening in 2026. Learn more at primepizza.la.

Dumpling Shack opened this week in the Moorpark Marketplace at 888 New Los Angeles Avenue, Suite D, in Moorpark. This Chinese eatery offers mouth watering soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), juicy boiled dumplings, pan fried dumplings (potstickers), wontons, dim sum, noodle dishes, udon, fried rice, and more. Shibuya Sushi Has Plans to Open a 2nd Calabasas Location

Shibuya Sushi Calabasas has had plans to open a 2nd location in Calabasas for well over a year. The new location is on Las Virgenes Road, north of the 101, near the new Honey Cup Coffeehouse and Inner Power Yoga. The signs are up - one says Shibuya To-Go and the other Shibuya Annex - but timing is still TBA. The original Shibuya at 4774 Park Granada in Calabasas (near The Commons) is extremely popular and quite small, so this 2nd location is highly anticipated. www.instagram.com/shibuya_calabasas
