Schatzi's Bakery & Cafe opened last week at the Simi Valley Town Center, located between Red Robin and California Pizza Kitchen in Unit 700. Their offerings include pastries, their special Banana Pudding (I've tried it and it's great - made with fresh bananas!), coffee drinks, matcha latte drinks, tea, and more. Their hours are currently 6:30am to 7:30pm Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays). www.schatzisbakery.com
