Pieology Pizzeria Coming Soon to Thousand Oaks

Update 8/14/13: Pieology Thousand Oaks has notified me via Twitter that it will be opening on Monday, August 19th. Located at 593 N. Moorpark Road, next to Baja Fresh.

Posted 7/18/13: There's a new pizzeria coming to town soon at 593 N. Moorpark Road, Suite A, Thousand Oaks, adjacent to Baja Fresh and Peet's Coffee & Tea, in the space previously occupied by Fit2BThai. According to its website, "Pieology prides itself on providing the best tasting, healthiest kustom pizza in the world. Using only the freshest ingredients, Pieology provides smoking hot pizzas in under 5 minutes."

Yes, Pieology offers up "make your own" pizza that is cooked up to order and served up in just 5 minutes! I suspect this place will be quite popular! They are working away on buildout as you can see in the pictures below and Tom, owner of this location, is targeting a grand opening date in the next 4 weeks or so.
