Kaze Omakase Recently Opened in Thousand Oaks

Kaze recently opened at 1610 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Suite B in Thousand Oaks in the former Bright Belly. Kaze offers an elevated omakase experience that pairs contemporary Japanese cuisine with refined nigiri, guided by seasonality, balance, and progression. Enjoy a 19-course tasting menu, weaving together hot and cold dishes throughout the evening. It is an intimate, speakeasy-style environment offering two counter seatings of 12 guests at 6pm and 8:30pm Wed-Sat and 4:30pm and 6pm on Sun. There's no sign up at this point, but they are indeed open for business.
