Tamara first began her career as an athletic trainer as an undergraduate student at Whittier College and as a personal trainer at HealthWorks Fitness Centers for Women in Boston. Later, as the Head Athletic Trainer at the California Institute of Technology, Tamara was responsible for the well-being of 18 Men's and Women's NCAA Division III teams. In the Spring of 2005, Tamara completed her master's degree in Kinesiology. Her thesis was presented at the Southwest ACSM Annual Conference in November of 2005 and at the NATA's National Conference in June of 2006. Continuing on her path of education and self-exploration, Tamara completed a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program in April of 2010.

The studio has natural light, bamboo floor and a four panel yoga rope wall. We have ample props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, sand bags and chairs. Yoga mats are also available.
