Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara is a huge park that sandwiches East Cabrillo Boulevard. On the ocean side of Cabrillo the park consists of a palm-lined, narrow strip of park adjacent to East Beach with an oceanfront bike path and walkway from Stearns Wharf to East Beach. This side of the park is host to Sunday/holiday arts and crafts shows. The 14,600 square foot Skater's Point skate park is also located on this side of the park.

On the other side of Cabrillo is a huge 10 acre parcel that features fountains, creeks, a lagoon, carousel, snack bar and a shipwreck playground modeled after an ocean schooner from the turn of the century.
The park is walking distance to Stearns Wharf, the beach, bike rentals, State Street, etc.
From 1999 to 2017, the park was home to a vintage 1916 40 foot in diamater carousel, The carousel was relocated to Fort Hood, Oregon to a museum.
Reef Volleyball Club is a member of the Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA) whose governing body is USA Volleyball. This program is for girls 18 years of age and younger. The purpose of the program is to provide the opportunity for athletes to receive high quality instruction in volleyball skill development and strategy at all ability levels. Brandon's Buddies is a free kids club that meets every month at Brandon's Village at Gates Canyon Park located at 25801 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Calabasas. This playground is the first fully-accessible playground in the region. The day may include integrated play, face painting, arts and crafts, entertainment and treats. Feel free to bring a sack lunch.
All children with and without disabilities and their families who want to spend a great day playing in the sunshine and making friends are invited to participate!
Brandon's Buddies gives children with disabilities the opportunity to play with their typically-able peers, while giving their parents a chance to share experiences and advice with other parents/caregivers. It gives children without disabilities the chance to get to know their peers and gain greater awareness and compassion.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park opened at 2825 Johnson Drive, Ventura in mid-January 2016. Sky Zone offers wall to wall trampolines with open jump sessions, "SkySlam" court, SkyRobics fitness classes, dodgeball, and more. DojoBoom Extreme Air Sports opened at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks on November 3, 2017.
Offering over 50,000 sq. feet of extreme attractions, including trampolines all over the place, launching decks, Ninja Obstacle Course, Extreme Dodgeball, AirDunk, SlackLine, Trapeze, Aerial Silks, a huge climbing wall, foam pits and more.
Other features include KidJump 9-10am every day for kids 6 and under, with parents, Family Night on Monday nights from 6-9pm ($55 for an hour for entire immediate family), College Night on Tuesday nights from 6-9pm and others. Birthday party packages available.

Sky High Sports - The Trampoline Place, opened at 166 Aviador Street, Camarillo in October 2010. Located in a huge, 42,000 sq ft facility, there are half a dozen areas that have trampolines on the floors and walls. This is a one of a kind place in Ventura County.
In addition jumping up, down and around, you can play dodgeball, there is an area geared towards kids under 10 with its own two trampoline courts and several bouncers, an arcade and more. There's also a laser tag area available for 30 minute sessions - reserve the room or book it as a walk-in.
Sky High Sports also has a separate "sanity" room for adults with a number of TVs, as well as a huge projection TV, as well as free WiFi. The Sky High Cafe offers up a variety of delicious pizzas, subs, paninis, wraps, salads and other goodies.
Sky High is open 7 days a week. Current hours (as of November 2017) are 11am to 9pm Sunday/Monday, 2pm to 9pm Tuesday through Thursday and 11am to 11pm Friday/Saturday.

The Clubhouse Fun Zone is located at 4535 McGrath Street, Unit B in Ventura. This indoor play facility appeals to both adults and children in that in addition to all of the play equipment, it offers three computer stations with free internet access, free WiFi, Sirius satellite radio, couches, chairs and a variety of reading material.
For the kids, there is a tri-level clubhouse themed modular climbing structure featuring two large slides, a zig-zag step climb, teeter tunnel, snake pit and ball pit, a large collection of Children’s Factory soft play activity components, an inflatable bouncer, Little Tikes play structures that create an imaginary town (including a café and gas station, school bus, fire truck, etc.), ride-on vehicles, train table, air hockey table and popular ride-on roller coasters. Skating Plus is an indoor skating rink that has been around since 1984, offering public roller skating, food, lessons, clinics, birthday parties, etc. Check their website for discount coupons. To my knowledge, since the Roller Dome in Thousand Oaks closed in October 2010, this has been the only indoor roller skating rink in Ventura County.
Open skate time frames as of September 2017 are weekends and Mon/Wed/Fri nights. Other nights are available for private parties.
