2024 Santa Barbara Fair & Expo April 25-28 and May 3-5

The Annual Santa Barbara Fair and Expo is planned for April 25-28 and May 3-5, 2024 at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, 3400 Calle Real, Santa Barbara.

The event will feature carnival rides, farm animals, fair food, great live entertainment and more. There will be over 30 rides and attractions, pony rides, petting zoo, kids' carnival, live entertainment featuring music, illusions, dancing, magic and more, expo showcase of local foods, wine and beer, arts and crafts, horticulture and fine arts displays, free samples of featured desserts, appetizers and other foods at the Fair & Expo Cooking Contest and interactive exhibits. Fair hours as follows:

69th Annual Conejo Valley Days Carnival in Thousand Oaks Planned for June 20 to 30, 2024

Conejo Valley Days will be back in 2024 starting June 20th through June 30th at Conejo Creek Park South (Janss Road at the 23 Freeway).

The event will feature carnival rides, midway games, live entertainment, vendors and fair food.

Admission is $10, cash only. Children ten and under are free. Active military free with current ID. Limited parking is $5.

Venue will open at 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends.

38th Annual California Strawberry Festival at the Ventura County Fairgrounds May 18-19, 2024

The 38th Annual California Strawberry Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday, May 18-19, 2024 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds (10 W. Harbor Blvd., Ventura). Festivalgoers can indulge in strawberry treats from over 50 food and beverage booths. The festival features artists and crafters, a Ninja Nation obstacle course, live entertainment on two stages, "build-your-own" strawberry shortcake and more.

Since its inception, the nonprofit California Strawberry Festival has donated over $5 million to Southern California charitable organizations. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $15, active military with ID and family and seniors 62 and over, $10, youth ages 5 to 12, $8, children 4 and under, free. Limited parking onsite is $20 per vehicle. The Simi Fall Festival and Carnival is back at the Simi Valley Town Center on October 7 (5-11PM), October 8 (noon to 11PM) and October 9 (noon to 9pm). Free admission, free parking and free live music. There will also be a carnival, shopping, food and family entertainment.

CANCELLED DUE TO PANDEMIC IN 2020 AS WELL AS 2021. PERHAPS WE WILL SEE THIS EVENT BACK IN 2022!

The Simi Valley Days Parade & Carnival 2020 is September 10th to 13th at the Simi Valley Town Center, north of the 118 freeway between Erringer Road and First Street.

In store is carnival games, contests and prizes, live music, shopping, arts and crafts, great food, family entertainment, car show, rides and much more!

Admission will be $7 for ages 6 to 64, $5 ages 65+. Ages 5 and under are free.

Ride wristbands will be available at the event.
