Added 5/13/13: Hooters of Thousand Oaks, located at 401 N. Moorpark Road, offers Kids Eat Free all day on Sundays. Kids 12 and under choose from five items and receive up kids' meals per adult present. Must also purchase a kids beverage of soda, milk or juice.
Added 5/13/13: Thank you Laura A of letting us know that Tacos Don Chente, located at 2131 N. Oxnard Boulevard in Oxnard, offers Kids Eat Free on all day on Mondays with purchase of an adult entree! Added 4/22/13: Pacific Market at Four Seasons Westlake Village is offering kids under 12 eat free* from its Junior Pirates menu on Fridays from 5:30 to 6:00 pm. Cisco's Sportfishing at Channel Islands Harbor offers Kids Ride Free every Sunday for the Fall/Winter/Spring aboard the Gentleman & Speed Twin. (1 child per each full adult fare paid. Not good with any other offers). Indirectly this is Kids Eat Free assuming they catch a fish...which they will (mine did!).

Thanks for sharing, I always thought it was a nice surprise when a restaurant would allow children to eat for free. This will definately encourage my eating out on those days when I really don't want to with the kids.
Also Chick-fil-A in Oxnard (on Rose ave...across from walmart) does a 'family night 'every Friday night from 5-8 where kids eat free AND there is always a free special craft or activity for the kids

I've found Islands in N.P. to be very flexible with the kids eat free policy. My wife has gone alone with as many as 5 kids, and they've all eaten free, and it's not uncommon to see tables with one adult and multiple children.
Good to hear Jonathan! Perhaps the true test would be to send the Octomom to Islands when the kids are a bit older. That'll really put the flexibility of that policy to test!
Went to Wood Ranch in Camarillo last night with the kids eat free coupon. They honored it but the waiter said he'd never seen one before.
Jonathan, the waiter was probably confused because the coupon is for Bandit's (bar-b-que)... not Wood Ranch! You got lucky he honored it!!
GooGirl, Wood Ranch had a Kids Eat Free coupon on its website good through 9/30/10 that Jonathan was referring to. I removed this deal from the list after 9/30. Bandits' deal doesn't require a coupon! :>
Greenhouse Cafe requires an adult entree purchase AND the additional soup or salad for $3.00. So if you just want a sandwich you DON'T get a free kids meal. Very misleading offer.
Sutter Mill in Simi Valley kids ALWAYS eat for free. 8 and under. Great deal... entree, side, salad, and a drink. I was shocked - always free!
We ate at Bandits tonight for kids eat free. It is consistently excellent, food and service. We have eaten there 3 times on Tuesdays and it is an excellent value for families.

Hey, does anybody know if there is a kids eat free around here for 13 & under? My child just turned 13, but still loves "Kids Meals." Any information is much appreciated.
Hope, most places with kids eat free that I'm aware of are for 10 and under or 12 and under. But I'm not aware of a kid ever getting "carded" at a restaurant for a kids meal. So if your 13 year old is on the young looking side, perhaps that's your answer :>
Also Freebirds World Burrito has a free kids meal on SUndays (after 3 p.m.) and on Monday night with purchase of adult entree. Located in Agoura hills and Ventura.
Tacone in Camarillo has no restrictions and comes with free kids drink. The choices are good and so is the quality.
