Conejo Valley Guide website creator, Conejo JoeConejo Valley Guide was created by "Conejo Joe" in late 2007.  Joe has no prior website experience and is not particularly technologically savvy.  However, he thought it would be fun to share and exchange information about the local area.

While our focus is the Conejo Valley (Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Agoura, Oak Park, Lake Sherwood), residents of Calabasas, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Santa Paula, Somis and Fillmore will also find this site useful.

We believe this to be the most comprehensive website of local things to do in the Conejo Valley!  Help keep it that way by submitting information to us!

The Welcome! home page blog is kind of a hodgepodge of postings, covering information and advice that may be of interest and use to some of you.  Conejo Joe values your feedback so Contact Us with any comments, good or not so good.  And please don't hesitate to provide us information you would like posted to the site.

This site is a labor of love.  Conejo Joe was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area and has lived in the Conejo Valley since 1993.  Joe enjoys writing and sharing information and this site provides a way for him to give back to the local community.
