The proceeds benefit local and global outreach including: the homeless, immigrants, human trafficking survivors, and recipients of our healthcare and eldercare services. The 2024 Arroyo Creek Half Marathon, 5K and 10K are planned for Sunday, June 23rd at Rancho Simi Community Park, 1765 Royal Ave, Simi Valley.

Run along the tree-lined Arroyo Creek bike path through the center of Simi Valley. Half marathon starts at 7am.

The 7th Annual Sombrero Half Marathon, 5K and 10K is planned for Sunday, February 18, 2024 on the Arroyo Simi bike path. Mostly flat course and post race tacos for all runners. Half Marathon starts at 7am and 5K/10K soon thereafter.

Location: Rancho Simi Park (the duck pond park) - 1765 Royal Ave, Simi Valley.

2024 Shoreline Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K and 10K in Ventura on Sunday, July 14th

The 2024 Shoreline Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K and 10K are planned for Sunday, July 14th at the Emma Wood State Beach Group Campgrounds. Start at Emma Wood State Beach Group Campground head onto the bike path,  bike path leads you onto HWY-1 beachfront bike path.  All runners will stay on the bike path or shoulder (ocean side) of Highway 1 along the route.  turn around at the designated turnaround point at approx 6.55 mile mark and back towards the finish line the same way you came out. 

Marathon starts at 7am, half marathon starts at 7:15 a.m., 10K at 7:30 a.m. and 5K at 7:45 a.m.

Moorpark Groundhog Day 5K and 1 Mile Run on Saturday, February 3, 2024

The Moorpark Groundhog Day 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is planned for Saturday, February 3, 2024. Event proceeds benefit Moorpark High School’s cross country and track programs. All ages and abilities are welcome. All ages and abilities are welcome.  All participants age 11 and under who complete the 5k will received a finisher medal.  There will also be a “Catch the Groundhog” 1 mile fun run for kids 11 and under which will be held on the track with finisher medals for all.

Post-race festivities include the awards ceremony with age group medals plus refreshments, vendors and a raffle of wonderful prizes donated by local businesses.

Moorpark High School is located at 4500 Tierra Rejada Road, Moorpark. There will be plenty of free parking close to the race start.

2024 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K in Ventura on Sunday, April 28th

The Mountains 2 Beach Marathon on Sunday, April 28, 2024 starts in beautiful Ojai at just over 700 ft. and gradually descends to sea-level over 18 miles,  finishing near the historic Ventura Pier. Limited to the first 1500 entrants. It sells out annually.

The Mountains 2 Beach Half-Marathon is a fast, beautiful, point to point 13.1 mile course. The race starts near Foster Park just outside Ventura and runs gently downhill to the Ventura beachfront finishing just past the Pier with the Marathon finishers. There's also a 5K race on the beachfront in Ventura.
