The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services hosts its annual Public Safety Day event on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Fire Station #89, located at 29575 Canwood St. in Agoura Hills.

This event will feature demonstrations, helicopter flyover, CPR sessions, free hot dogs, kid zone and more.

2024 Santa Barbara Fair & Expo April 25-28 and May 3-5

The Annual Santa Barbara Fair and Expo is planned for April 25-28 and May 3-5, 2024 at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, 3400 Calle Real, Santa Barbara.

The event will feature carnival rides, farm animals, fair food, great live entertainment and more. There will be over 30 rides and attractions, pony rides, petting zoo, kids' carnival, live entertainment featuring music, illusions, dancing, magic and more, expo showcase of local foods, wine and beer, arts and crafts, horticulture and fine arts displays, free samples of featured desserts, appetizers and other foods at the Fair & Expo Cooking Contest and interactive exhibits. 2024 Ventura County Greek Festival in Camarillo June 28, 29 and 30

The 45th Ventura County Greek Festival will take place June 28, 29 and 30 back, after 10 years offsite, at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Camarillo.

The event features live Greek music, folk dancing, food, delicious pastries and baklava, vendors, petting zoo, and a kids' play area.

Festival times are 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Touch-A-Truck at Thousand Oaks Community Park on Saturday, June 15, 2024

The Conejo Recreation & Park District’s 2024 Touch-A-Truck will be held on Saturday, June 15th, from 10:00am-2:00pm at Thousand Oaks Community Park, 2525 N. Moorpark Rd. in Thousand Oaks.

This popular event allows kids to have fun kicking the tires, honking the horns, and climbing up into the driver’s seat of their favorite trucks and construction vehicles such as a garbage truck, an Army truck, tractor, excavator, dump truck, school bus, fire engine, ambulance, bulldozer, police cruiser, SWAT vehicle, K-9 and search and rescue vehicles, motorcycles, and more!

In addition to dozens of trucks and vehicles of all shapes and sizes, there are tons of fun activities, including arts and crafts, a kids’ construction zone, jolly jumps, and a motorized train ride. Water balloons will drop from a cherry picker, and beach balls will be unloaded from a dump truck! The parking lot fills up quickly, so be prepared to park at the Thousand Oaks High School parking lot. Admission is free for all ages. Food trucks will be onsite. 69th Annual Conejo Valley Days Carnival in Thousand Oaks Planned for June 20 to 30, 2024

Conejo Valley Days will be back in 2024 starting June 20th through June 30th at Conejo Creek Park South (Janss Road at the 23 Freeway).

The event will feature carnival rides, midway games, live entertainment, vendors and fair food.

Admission is $10, cash only. Children ten and under are free. Active military free with current ID. Limited parking is $5.

Venue will open at 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends.
