The Ventura County Star reported on 11/28/12 that the 12 lane Ventura Bowling Center located at 1888 Thompson Boulevard in Ventura closed its doors on Sunday, December 2, 2012 after 18 years in operation. They indicated a 9 lane boutique alley may be in the works (UPDATE: Discovery Ventura is now in operation at this location.)
UPDATE: Rock Nation subsequently closed its doors.
Rock Nation School is opening a new location at CVS/Trader Joe's strip mall at the corner of Reino and Borchard Roads in Newbury Park. This little strip mall is quite a bustling location with the Trader Joes, CVS, Newbury Park Athletic Club, 3 Amigos Mexican Grill, Cafe Topanga and other businesses.
