MAY 2022 UPDATE: Hummus Bistro has closed its doors.

11/22/19 UPDATE: Hummus Bistro is now open. Their menu includes a variety of Mediterranean favorites…chicken, filet mignon kabobs, beef shawarma, Basmati rice, ground beef (Kafta), falafel, hummus and much more. Details at www.hummusbistro.com.

Posted 7/28/19: Hummus Bistro is coming soon to the former BurgerIM location on Ventu Park Road at Hillcrest (Ralph's Plaza) in Newbury Park. No other info at this point, so stay tuned.
