Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID is a musical undersea adventure.  Family audiences can swim “Under the Sea” with Ariel and her friends as she pines for life on land and the love of a prince. This production is adapted from Disney's Broadway production and the motion picture, and features the enormously popular Academy Award-winning music, along with some new songs written especially for the play. Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance.

In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home – and her fins – behind and live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she's the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking.

Disney’s The Little Mermaid is also a part of the award-winning Conejo Theatre For Everyone, teaming up YAE kids and performers with special needs for a unique theatrical experience. Disney’s The Little Mermaid will be presented in Theatre in the Round.

Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID is the second production in Young Artists Ensemble’s 36th Annual Family Theatre Season.  The season will continue conclude with ALICE IN WONDERLAND May 5-21, 2017.  Mini-Season tickets can be purchased at a deep discount by contacting the box office at (805) 381-1246 or www.yaeonline.com.  Mini-Season tickets for both shows provide a 25% savings.  Individual show tickets are $19 for adults and $16 for children, students and seniors.
