New Kavli Theatre Art Exhibit focuses on 15 contemporary artists
The Cultural Affairs Department of the City of Thousand Oaks is pleased to present “A Certain View,” a group exhibition at the Kavli Theatre Gallery in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
