SIPurbia Wine & Beer Festival in Moorpark on September 28, 2019

September 28th, wine, beer, music, food, fun, and games join together to benefit the The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Conejo Valley from 2 to 6 p.m. at the SIPurbia Wine & Beer Festival at Tierra Rejada Golf Course in Moopark.

The festival is featuring unlimited samples from dozens of breweries and wineries. Throughout the day, there will also be music from several live bands from the 80’s and 90’s. Additionally, guests will enjoy exhibitors, food trucks, and lawn games. Everyone in attendance will receive a souvenir tasting cup to try out the many available libations.

General admission tickets are currently $40. A portion of the proceeds will go to help support the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Conejo Valley, which provides safe spaces for the children in our communities to develop and grow as people, as citizens, and as leaders.

The California Beer Festival (CBF) returns to Ventura County the weekend of September 15-17, 2017 at Mission Park in Ventura.

FOOD & BEER PAIRING
Friday, September 15, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Start your weekend off at CBF's Food & Beer Pairing Competition! Local Chefs pair with Local Breweries for an Exclusive Tasting Event!  This VIP event includes unlimited access to samples of chef specials, carefully paired with a brewery and topped off with live music.  Savor the memories made with the CBF Family with your (1) CBF souvenir pint glass! You must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

CRAFT BEER HEAVEN

Saturday's Craft Beer Heaven is THE event for any new or seasoned craft beer enthusiast! Expand your mind and palate as you sample from over 85 craft beers on tap, live music, flavorful food and Bocce Ball!  Ticket holders will receive access to Live Entertainment, Food available from vendors, (1) Souvenir glass, and Unlimited Access to 85 Craft Breweries to sample from!

Sunday, September 17, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Revisit the park on Sunday for SUNDAY FUNDAY!

Bring the family, blankets, and chairs for Sunday Funday in the Park. This event will feature great food, Craft Beer, and an amazing Live Entertainment lineup!  Space is very limited. Kids 12 and under are Free. There is NO beer sampling on Sunday, beer and food will be available for purchase.

4th Annual Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County Hearts & Hammers Event on Oct 1st

The Hearts & Hammers Dinner and Auction is a wonderful community event and major fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County. Ventura County Sheriff's Foundation "Salute the Stars" Gala on April 30, 2016

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Foundation will be hosting their 2016 gala, “Salute the Stars” at the Hyatt Regency in Westlake Village on Saturday, April 30, 2016. The evening will feature entertainment as well as a reception, dinner and silent and live auctions. Come out and meet, mingle and play with members of the Ventura County Sheriff’s SWAT Team, Search and Rescue Team, Crime Scene Investigation Unit, Bomb Team, K9 Units and others.

This year, the Foundation will be honoring Ventura County Deputy Sheriff Mario Molina. Deputy Molina has proven to be instrumental in the success of many community programs including the “Shop with A Cop” program allowing kids without the resources to shop with a deputy for Christmas gifts. Community partnerships are paramount to the Foundation’s mission and as such, the selection committee sought to recognize someone who truly embodies the philosophy of building those partnerships with the community.

The Foundation is a qualified, non-profit 501C (3), which means that your donations qualify as tax deductions. All money contributed goes directly to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Foundation’s programs and operations, and stays in Ventura County. Funds raised will allow the Foundation to continue to support the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.
