In cooperation with the National Park Service, Tiny Porch Concerts will be presenting “Summer Concerts at Peter Strauss Ranch**.” Set among the giant oak trees in Agoura Hills Canyon, the historic ranch is the venue for five, free concerts, running monthly from May through September. Music starts at 5pm, except the Sept 7th show that starts at 6pm. Limited seating available.
** NOTE VENUE CHANGE FROM PETER STRAUSS RANCH TO KING GILLETTE RANCH UNTIL MULHOLLAND BRIDGE, DAMAGED BY WOOLSEY FIRE, IS REPAIRED)
The concerts will feature double-bill performances at each event, as follows:
June 2: I See Hawks in L.A. with special guest Ryanhood (NOTE VENUE CHANGE FROM PETER STRAUSS RANCH TO KING GILLETTE RANCH UNTIL MULHOLLAND BRIDGE, DAMAGED BY WOOLSEY FIRE, IS REPAIRED)
July 7: The Lonely Heartstring Band, with special guest Sparky & the Ancient Mariner
Aug 4: Alice Wallace with special guest Tanbark
Sept 7: Goodnight, Texas, with special guest The Deltaz (music starts at 6pm)
The Peter Strauss Ranch is easily accessible, nestled in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains off Mulholland Highway in Agoura Hills. There is limited free parking, so carpooling or using Uber or Lyft is recommended. Concert goers will be encouraged to bring their own blankets or low-back chairs, picnic during the concerts, and explore the ranch.
VIP ticket holders have reserved seating areas and chairs within the quaint amphitheater. Individual show VIP tickets and season passes for all five concerts are available. General admission is free, however, to help support the National Park Service and performers, guests will be asked for donations.
