The California Dental Association Foundation will be hosting a CDA Cares free dental clinic April 16-17 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis with a goal of providing care to approximately 2,000 people during the two-day clinic.
The services offered are limited to extractions, fillings, cleanings, some partials to replace front teeth, limited root canals, dentures, oral health education and assistance in finding a source of dental care. Uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes may prevent patients from receiving dental care at the event — please take prescribed medications as directed.
Doors to the clinic open at 5:30 a.m. both days and patients will will be admitted into the clinic through mid-afternoon each day (specific time frame subject to change and turnout). Parking for the event is free and no identification is required. Interpreters are available to assist those who do not speak English.
