Village Trader Market and Deli Opens at The Village at Dos Vientos Ranch on August 9th

VILLAGE TRADER MARKET AND DELI OPENS AT THE VILLAGE AT DOS VIENTOS

The Village Trader Market and Deli located in The Village at Dos Vientos Ranch retail and office complex  will open its doors on Thursday, August 9.  Hours will be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Their phone is 805.499.7533.

The 6,400 square foot Village Trader Market and Deli is the first grocery store in Dos Vientos Ranch, a 2,400 home master planned community developed in the late 1990s.

Village Trader’s product offerings will include fresh meats and produce, national brands and daily needs, as well as gourmet, organic and local goods.   A  full-service deli will offer made to order sandwiches with premium Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, as well as other specialty foods and side dishes. The Village Trader also will feature its iconic “Beer Cave” offering a wide selection of chilled craft beers from local and international brewers as well as a “wine room” housing an extensive selection of both popular and hard-to-find domestic and international wines.

“We know how long the community has waited for its own market, “said Ernest Zoumot, who along with brothers Nick and Sam Barakat own The Village Trader as well as local groceries in Simi Valley and Camarillo. “Our plan is to cater to the needs of the residents of Dos Vientos Ranch and make the Village Trader a market that the community will be proud to call their own.”

Paradise Capital Group also announces that Arbitration Mediation Conciliation Center (AMCC) will relocate its corporate headquarters to The Village after signing a lease for 3,083 square feet, bringing total occupancy of the 50,000 square-foot retail and office project to 60%.  AMCC is a full service dispute resolution firm with offices in Los Angeles and San Diego.

Paradise Capital Group, LLC, an affiliate of Beverly Hills-based Cardinal Equities acquired the Mediterranean designed complex out of foreclosure in June 2011. At the time of acquisition, the property was only 20 percent occupied.   Other tenants include Boney Mountain Coffee, Italian restaurant and pizzeria La Cucina di Venti, workout studio Fitness Together, Red Coral Sushi, Paraiso Cleaners, Paraiso Family Dental Orthodontics; women’s fashion boutique Nati, and The Art Box Atelier.  The Village, which sits on 8.5 acres, also features a children’s playground and landscaped common areas with fountains.  The centerpiece is an outdoor amphitheater with a performance stage and movie screen.
