The Ventura County Star reported on 11/28/12 that the 12 lane Ventura Bowling Center located at 1888 Thompson Boulevard in Ventura closed its doors on Sunday, December 2, 2012 after 18 years in operation. They indicated a 9 lane boutique alley may be in the works (UPDATE: Discovery Ventura is now in operation at this location.)
