Simi Valley Little League

Simi Valley Little League has divisions available for all youths of all ages. There are no tryouts so boys and girls can sign up with friends and play on the same team!  We welcome individual players and teams throughout Southern California. Registration fees are $75.00 per player for all divisions (ages 4-12). Spring season starts in March and fall season starts in mid-September!

Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls 4-6 years old. Coach Pitch is for boys and girls 6-7 years old (6 year olds permitted with one year of Tee ball).  Farm (kidpitch) is for boys and girls 7-8 years old (7-9 allowed based on ability). Major is for boys and girls ages 9-12. The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for boys and girls ages 13-15.

The Challenger Division was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League to enable boys and girls with physical and mental challenges, ages 4-18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in high school, to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in this sport worldwide.

Thousand Oaks Girls Softball Association

Thousand Oaks Girls Softball Association (TOGSA) is a non-profit organization that operates under the supervision of the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). TOGSA provides organized, recreational softball programs to over 200 girls ages 5 to 14 each year.

Simi Valley Girls Softball is dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for girls to participate in Fastpitch Softball. It is our intent and desire that each player will have fun while gaining knowledge of the game, that each player will know the importance of teamwork, commitment, and empathy, and that each player will develop self-confidence and positive character traits.

Simi Valley Girls Softball supports over 500 players in 6 age divisions ranging from 4 1/2 to 18 years of age.

Santa Susana Baseball League in Simi Valley

Santa Susana Baseball League has served the community of Simi Valley since 1962. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching children community baseball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship in the PONY sports tradition. 

Games played on Sundays. Ages 4 to 15. Season begins in mid-September. Registration takes place in mid to late August. Divisions include Shetland (ages 4-6), Pinto (ages 7-8), Mustang (ages 9-10), Bronco (ages 11-12) and Pony (ages 13-15).

Moorpark Girls Softball

The mission of Moorpark Girls Softball is to stimulate interest and foster support and guidance in girls softball, for the betterment of the youth in the community, to inspire a healthful, active, and competitive spirit among the youth and to instruct them in the true meaning of sportsmanship and to afford a convenient and authoritative body for the purpose of organizing, directing, and providing financial support for the organization.

The Spring recreational season begins with tryouts in January. Games begin the first week of March and are played every Saturday until Daylight Savings time begins. Ages 4 to 13.

Ojai Pony Baseball

PONY is an acronym for Protect Our Nation's Youth. The concept for the name originally came from boys at the local YMCA in Washington, Pennsylvania and stood for "Protect Our Neighborhood Youth," but when PONY became an international program in the early 1950's "Neighborhood" was switched to "Nation's."

PONY Baseball is organized with two-year age brackets. The age brackets for baseball are as follows: Shetland (4, 5 and 6), Pinto (7-8), Mustang (9-10), Bronco (11-12), PONY (13-14), Colt (15-16) and Palomino (17-19). There are also softball leagues.

Ojai Pony Divisions

Shetland, Ages 5/6, Spring only - Focuses totally on instruction of beginning players. Batting tee recommended.

Pinto, Ages 7/8, Spring only - Teaches the basic fundamentals of baseball. Pitching machine recommended.

Mustang, Ages 9/10, Fall and Spring - Begins the players’ training in the complete game of baseball. Some restrictions on base stealing and runs allowed at the "B" level. No restrictions at the "A" level. Players must tryout prior to season to play in "A" league (Spring only). Tournament play is completed through World Series level.

Bronco, Ages 11/12, Fall and Spring - Takes the developing young players into the full game of baseball, with no restrictions on base stealing or runs allowed. Players must tryout prior to season to play in "A" league (Spring only). Tournament play complete through World Series level.
