The Studio, located at 3537 Old Conejo Road, Suite 102 in Newbury Park, is dedicated to your well being, offering yoga, pilates, TRX, Zumba, private training, weight loss boot camps, nutrition counseling, weight loss programs and more.
The Studio offers complete programs with your fitness regimen and eating plan outlined for you to help you shift your habits to eating healthy and staying active. Their nutrition coach has devised recipes that are tasty and enjoyable for the whole family. Staff will help you create habits that will be easy to stick to for the rest of your life!
Not a military style Boot Camp, their Boot Camp takes you through 6 weeks of our intensive body makeover program. You start with a fitness assessment and nutrition orientation, after which you are ready to transform yourself into the best shape of your life. Come in and work out with a group, led by
professional trainers 3 times a week. Check in for a private session with our nutritionist once a week to keep you motivated, educated and on track! By the end of 6 weeks you’ll feel stronger, be more flexible AND you’ll know how to eat delicious foods and still stay trim!
The Studio has a full weight training system, TRX clinic and group training room. Classes are all inside so the weather is never an issue. (Some classes may be held outside when the weather is gorgeous!)
All instructors are certified trainers, with experience in athletic coaching, circuit training, pilates, yoga and nutrition.
