Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 10:07AM Congratulations, Conejo Joe has not seen any hands free cell phone violations since the new law came into effect this month! As a reminder, this law outlaws placing the phone to your ear while driving, but you can still talk to your heart's content using a hand-free device. What's the point of the law then? Not quite sure.
