How to Make a Great Hamburger, Featuring Master Chef Kirk Leins

Here is Master Chef, Kirk Leins, providing some humor and great advice on How to Make a Hamburger.  Well most of us already know how to make a hamburger (or in my case, acquire one from In-N-Out Burger). Kirk has great advice in this video and I can actually smell the burgers as he's cooking them.  This was originally filmed for Labor Day but any day is the right day for a delicious, juicy hamburger!
