62nd Annual Youth Halloween Carnival in Simi Valley on October 31, 2023

The 62nd Annual Youth Halloween Carnival, hosted by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 4-7PM at Rancho Santa Susana Community Center, 5005-C Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley. Event to include inflatables, trick or treat village, balloons, face painting and carnival games. Admission $6 in advance for ages 3 to 12, $8 for ages 13-18. Free for 2 and under.. Limited tickets at the door for $10. Activities geared towards kids ages 2 to 12. There will also be a screening of The LEGO Batman Movie.
