Breath of Life Ventura Triathlon/Relay – Ventura Harbor

Breath of Life Triathlon offers a Sprint or Olympic course with swim, bike, & run portions through the scenic Ventura Harbor.  Breath of Life is a fundraiser and is the primary source of charitable donations for the Dina LaVigna Breath of Life Fund for people diagnosed with Primary Immunodeficiency. Proceeds from 2013 go towards the construction, renovation and expansion of the current physical space for outpatient pediatric infusions in the Witherbee Foundation Children's Health Center at UCLA and to improvements for the Los Angeles Children's Hospital. www.DinaTriForLife.com

Local artists display amazing glass work, jewelry, sculpture, hand created crafts and more outdoors at Ventura Harbor Village Main Lawn during a fun-filled summer weekend.  Street chalk artists create “Chalk for Charity” pieces along the Village Promenade to support FOODShare, plus live music, and junior art activities throughout the weekend.  Admission and Parking are free.

Ventura Harbor Holiday Parade of Lights & Fireworks – Ventura Harbor

Friday and Saturday, December 20-21, 2013, 7 pm

Ventura Harbor celebrates the season with its 37th Annual Holiday Parade of Lights & Fireworks “Seaside Tinsel Town, Commemorating 50 Years Ventura Harbor” on Friday, December 20 and Saturday, December 21.  The two-day fun filled event includes a carnival, seaside shopping and dining followed by the lighted boat parade & fireworks show in the evening.

Winter Wonderland & Holiday Marketplace – Ventura Harbor Village

Rediscover the joy of holiday shopping while wondering through a festive holiday village at the popular Ventura Harbor’s Winter Wonderland & Holiday Marketplace held Saturday, December 21 from 1 - 5 pm.  Highlights include faux snowfall every 15 minutes, a full carnival with rides and games, visits with Santa & Mrs. Claus, two live reindeer, Dickenson Carolers, and more!  The 37th Annual Parade of Lights & Fireworks to follow!

Triunfo Y Goblin Gallop 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run in Westlake Village on Sat, Oct 19th

The Triunfo Y Goblin Gallop 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run is part of the afternoon and evening Westlake Village City Celebration.

The City Celebration, now in its 11th year, features a Fun Fair benefitting the White Oak Elementary School PFC and a Haunted House benefitting The Triunfo Y Youth and Government Program.

The Goblin Gallop is a Halloween-themed twilight run on October 19th featuring a costume contest and out and back course.  The event includes a 5K Run followed by a 1-mile Trick or Treat Fun Run.

Goblin Gallop runners are encouraged to run/walk wearing their favorite costume.  Prizes will be awarded to the best costumes seen on the course.

Kids participating in the 1-mile Trick or Treat Fun Run will be able to “visit” the numerous Trick or Treat stations along the course.

Event proceeds will help support the Triunfo Y Teen and Family Programs. Event starts at 5:30PM at the Westlake Village Civic Center, 31200 Oak Crest Drive.
