Reign of Terror Haunted House Open for Make-A-Wish Fundraiser on Saturday, February 13th

Reign of Terror at Janss Marketplace is a national ranked haunted house which draws thousands of attendees to the Thousand Oaks shopping center each October.   It’s not Halloween but you can get scared at the one night only Reign of Terror Haunted House Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties Fundraiser on Saturday, February 13 from 7 – 11 p.m. at Janss Marketplace.

Children, teens and adults will get an amazing scary experience while helping Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties fund wishes for local area children with life threatening medical conditions.   Janss Marketplace, supported by Reign of Terror founder Bruce Stanton, the Conejo Recreation & Park District and community volunteers, will host the one night only haunted house fundraiser, held in a 15,000 square foot space.  Janss Marketplace is located the northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. 

Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties grants wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions to bring hope and joy into the lives of children. Founded in 1985, Make-A-Wish® Tri-Counties has granted the wishes of more than 1,400 local children in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties on the central coast of California.

Reign of Terror's 82 plus haunting rooms of pure fright entertainment will be recreated to support this important cause.  The Reign of Terror walk-thru haunted house features elaborate sets, props, lighting and sound effects which combine live actors with animatronics to create realistic and intense frights.” 

Reign of Terror general admission tickets are $17 and VIP tickets, offering reduced wait time in line, are $25. The ticket booth opens at 6:30 p.m. on February 13.  Advance tickets can be purchased online at   At least 95% of the ticket proceeds will go towards Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties.  Attendees can make additional donations at the Reign of Terror ticket booth during the event.
