City of Oxnard “Physically Challenged and Special Needs” Day at the Park at Oxnard Beach Park, 1601 Harbor Blvd. from 11am to 2pm on May 11, June 1, June 15, July 14, July 27, August 10, August 24, September 14 and October 19.
