2012 Port Hueneme Relay for Life Planned for June 23, 24, 2012

The 2012 Port Hueneme Relay for Life will be from 9:00 AM on June 23, 2012 to 10:00 AM on June 24 on the Hueneme High School Football Field.
Relay For Life is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track at all times

The Port Hueneme Relay for Life was founded in 2009. We are actively seeking volunteers, teams, and sponsors. Several meetings are scheduled between now and the main event, one of which is the next monthly committee meeting on December 13, 2011, 6:00 PM at Rusty’s Pizza in Port Hueneme. The Community Rally is scheduled for January 17th at 6:00, also at Rusty’s in Port Hueneme.
