PAUL MARTIN’S® AMERICAN GRILL TO OPEN AT THE PROMENADE IN WESTLAKE VILLAGE

Westlake Village Opening will be the 4th Paul Martin’s Location in California

Paul Martin’s® American Grill is set to open its fourth location on December 10th at The Promenade in Westlake Village at 5PM. Conceived by Brian Bennett and legendary restaurateur Paul Fleming as the restaurant they always wanted in their neighborhood, Paul Martin’s serves American Classics with a fresh twist using local and peak-of-the-season ingredients. 

The Westlake Village location will add 120 full- and part-time jobs to the local economy. Grant Adair, a 16-year resident of the Conejo Valley, has joined Paul Martin’s as the operating partner for Westlake Village.  Prior to joining Paul Martin’s, Grant opened the Outback Steakhouse in Westlake Village and managed King’s Fish House in Calabasas, the Michelin Star-rated Water Grill in Los Angeles and Ocean Avenue Seafood in Santa Monica.

“The communities of Westlake Village and the Conejo Valley are going to love Paul Martin’s,” said Grant. “This is food you feel great about eating because it is made fresh, and with care from ingredients sourced in and around our community, at fair prices.”

Co-founder Brian Bennett spent more than a year handpicking dishes for Paul Martin’s menu, which is always evolving, sourcing the best in each community. The four restaurants now maintain over 40 partnerships with farmstead producers. Every item on the menu is made fresh in-house and comes with a personal story, including house-infused lemon, raspberry, and pear vodka, hand-made tortillas and blending ice cream in-house.

The menu will rotate seasonally with local and peak-of-the-season organic produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry, artisan cheeses, and premium biodynamic wines mainly from California.  Paul Martin’s most popular dishes include Pitman Family Farms “brick” chicken with mashed potatoes and fresh herb jus, Marinated Skirt Steak with grilled maple-bourbon sweet potatoes and arugula; and their signature banana cream pie.  The restaurant’s focus on sustainable and organic extends to the bar, showcasing seasonal fruit-infused vodkas made in-house; eight craft beers on tap; and a California-heavy wine list with over 100 bottles, 70 of them by the glass.  Paul Martin’s proudly serves Ventura County Limoncello in all of its locations, which is made in the Conejo Valley. The indoor-outdoor dining space at The Promenade features dark, distressed wood, polished concrete floors and hospitable furnishings convey elegant rusticity. The indoor dining room has approximately 145 seats with room for 100 on the patio.  The entire property, including kitchen, dining room, bar and patio, is approximately 7,200 square feet.
