Ventura Harbor Village Carousel and Arcade

The Ventura Village Carousel and Arcade at Ventura Harbor Village make for quite an entertaining time and a great place for celebrating a birthday - a 2 hour private party room rental with hot dogs, soda, 36 horse carousel and arcade access and prizes is $10.50 per person (minimum 6 people) or $11.50 for pizza (prices current as of Feb 2012).
