My Smart Hands Baby Sign Language Classes - Conejo Valley, Surrounding Areas

Imagine communicating with your baby before he or she can even speak. Baby sign language reduces frustration, accelerates verbal development and strengthens cognitive skills. It also enhances child-parent bonding through time spent teaching signs to your baby.
Research shows that preverbal infants can communicate through the use of sign language long before they can verbalize their needs. At My Smart HandsTM, we offer classes and workshops based on the Sign with your Baby® program developed by Dr Joseph Garcia. We will give you the skills and knowledge you will need to communicate with your preverbal, hearing baby. So come and take a class with My Smart HandsTM and learn how to sign with your baby!
My Smart Hands is available locally here in the Conejo Valley by Heather Elllington. Heather offers exciting classes for typically developing hearing babies with a minimum of 5 mommies or daddies. She offers smaller classes for children and babies with language delays, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, and Cerebral Palsy. These classes will not exceed 3 babies/toddlers and their parent(s), and are meant to enhance communication tools, not replace therapy.
My Smart Hands classes with Heather are available in the West Los Angeles County Area, including Westlake Village, Agoura, Calabasas, Encino, Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, Westwood/Brentwood, and Beverly Hills. Heather offers private classes at your location, too!

I abosolutely love this article. Even though sign language for baby is becoming increasingly popular there are still a lot of people that don't know it or think that sign language is only for deaf people.
I found out about sign language for baby when I was three months pregnant and used it with both my babies.
I hihgly recommend sing language for baby for all parents.
Cheers
Jane
