Master Chorale of Ventura County Children's Choirs

Give your children the opportunity to use their voices to make great music with the Master Chorale of Ventura County Children's Choirs. Learn rhythm reading, sight singing, proper breathing, and voice placement. Students will learn these techniques while experiencing great choral literature. Performances with the Master Chorale of Ventura County will enhance their experience.

The Master Chorale Children and Youth was organized by the Ventura College Office of Community Education and the Master Chorale. The group, made up of children from 9 to 17, each chosen by private audition, is under the direction of Cheryl Gillaspy. Mary Canfield of Camarillo has served as their accompanist/coach since the Choir's inception.

Information about auditions, rehearsals and performances at http://venturachorale.org/about/master-chorale-childrens-choirs.html.
