Love to Learn Academy - Portable Computer Classes

Love to Learn Academy offers computer enrichment classes for children ages 3-7 by providing portable computer classes for preschools and day care locations. Currently (January 2009), there is a class at the Dos Vientos Community Center administered through the Conejo Recreation and Park District.

One computer per child, Academy staff brings their our own wireless laptops with the latest Imagine Tomorrow software. A new proprietary software program is brought to each class that allows students to have a first-hand experience in original learning adventures.

Love to Learn Academy and Imagine Tomorrow believe in building the necessary computer skills, such as the keyboard and mouse as a foundation for teaching children to use the computer as a creative learning tool. Fundamental technology skills are not taught in isolation, but rather as integrated and meaningful part of an actual mission. They use technology as the tool to get children excited about learning many different things.
