In addition, there is OPEN PLAY currently available on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Cost is $6 per participant. Kids must wear socks and be accompanied by adults.

The place is really fun if you just go with your kids.
But, if you are thinking of doing your kids birthday! it's a another story!
We went to 2 birthdays! It was the worst birthdays we went to!
There are no game for the kids. You just spend 1H 40min with the kids playing by themself! Then you have 1min for the photo, and if there are kids in the bathroom. Too bad!then you go to an another room for the cake! where they put music so loud, you can't even ear yourself!
And then they give the gift in the parking lot!
Seriously!!!!!

I second the last post, what an awful experience I had at a birthday party here. The staff is snippy and they rush you through. They didn't even offer cake to the adults. They were so rigid in the way they ran the place, it totally ruined the fun. I will definitely NOT have a party here - EVER. These people are concerned only about making money, not about making your child's birthday memorable.

We recently had our son's 3rd bday party here. The staff was extremely disorganized and rude. They lost one of my son's gifts and then called us hours later to accuse us of stealing some other parties goody bags. What a horrible experience and we shelled out a fortune! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We have been to a couple of parties a Jolly Jumps, and it was GREAT! The jumping rooms were super clean, with many different jumpers. And as the party parent you don't have to do any work, they take care of everything. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and are wonderful with the kids. Not to mention, NO clean up. I had a great experience. :)

We just went to a party this past weekend, and it was SO cool! My kids had a GREAT time. It was a bit warm, but I guess it was warm everywhere...My kids loved the second room, with the huge slide and whirly ride. I am not the party mom, but I think the whole party was perfect. I will totally be back for my kids birthday! The staff was very sweet, and did a wonderful job.

What a fun idea for a party for kids. Any kid I know would be really excited about this! Feel free to visit my site as well, for more children's party ideas.

We've been there before and the kids appear to have had a great time. It's clean, exclusive & it's supervised!!! From my point of view--that's a winner in my book. I heard not one child complain. Some time ago, I too was at a party where the goodie bags were distributed in the parking lot--I too thought it was tacky! At a party more recent, the goodie bags were distributed indoors as the kids were walking out. The difference was several months and that the parties were held in different rooms? Other than that, maybe it was the policy--who knows. Either party, the kids didn't mind at all...

Now, if you prefer Chucky Cheese's--where your mingling with strangers in an germ-laced arcade room; often than not dirty bathrooms; rude kids; sharing Chucky as he goes from table, to table singing Happy Birthday; having to look for your kids--short of putting a GPS on them; and the occasional adult altercation w/a gun (which was in the news several months ago)--- then right on! However, I would definately choose the local over the hill rather than the 'well used & worn' one in Ventura--any day of the week, hands down!!! Plus, it's a bit more intimate, the pizza was good and it was clean. Shhh, it's our secret. lol

I have been to a few birthday parties and here is what I have found:
Pros: It is clean, there is a lot for the KIDS to do (and they love it!), the parents have zero clean up, Jolly Jumps manages the time for you, Jolly Jumps handles the serving of the food, Jolly Jumps handles the gift collection and they wheel the gifts out for the birthday boy or girl into the parking lot so that you can put them into your car, Jolly Jumps handles the goodie bags (they pass them out to the kids - or you can, it is your choice and overall it seems to run pretty smoothly. I have yet to encounter anyone rude.
Cons: The food rooms are small (sometimes there is not enough seating) and it IS a little on the noisy side. I find that parents do not speak to one another at these parties as they are trying to watch their child to make sure that they are not getting hurt. (I attend parties for children 5 and under) I also find that parents get pretty bored at these parties. With that said - WHO is this party for?? A CHILD! So in keeping that in mind while there, I just deal with it. It is not MY party.

Overall, the kids love it and have a great time and the price is decent for such a large amount of children.
