Vertical Vixens specializes in the art of genuine exotic and pole dancing. This form of dance uses your body to create a sensual movement that stimulates the senses, as well as body and spirit. This movement combines the strength of pole work with the fluidity and sensuality of exotic dance to create an energetic and sexy series.
More than just a fitness class, sessions are dance-based so you can develop a style unique to you. The goal of our classes is to help you peel away the layers of everyday life until you release that hidden inner vixen. Our instructors are trained and licensed in the PoleCat Power Method. It is important to us that our students learn pole work and exotic dance in the safest and most effective way possible.
